# Ingredient List:

→ Coffee

01 - 1 1/2 cups cold brew coffee or strong chilled coffee

→ Tahini Blend

02 - 3 tablespoons tahini, well stirred
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, to taste
04 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
05 - Pinch of sea salt

→ Milk & Ice

06 - 1/2 cup plant-based milk (such as almond, oat, or soy)
07 - 1 cup ice cubes

# Steps:

01 - In a small mixing bowl or pitcher, whisk together the tahini, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt until fully smooth and blended.
02 - Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes.
03 - Divide the cold brew coffee evenly between the prepared glasses.
04 - Add the tahini mixture to each glass and stir thoroughly until the drink is well combined.
05 - Top with plant-based milk, gently stir for a creamy consistency, taste, and adjust sweetness if preferred. Serve immediately.
