07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
09 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
11 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Breading

12 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
13 - 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
14 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
15 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

→ For Air Frying

16 - Olive oil spray

# Steps:

01 - In a large bowl, thoroughly combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, egg, scallions, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
02 - In a shallow dish, mix together panko breadcrumbs, plain breadcrumbs, dried parsley, and cayenne pepper.
03 - Scoop approximately 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture and shape into small oval croquettes. Repeat with remaining mixture.
04 - Roll each croquette in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to ensure adhesion.
05 - Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
06 - Place croquettes in a single layer inside the air fryer basket and lightly spray with olive oil.
07 - Cook croquettes for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden and crisp.
08 - Serve hot with extra ranch dressing or preferred dipping sauce.
