# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Pulse the rolled oats in a food processor until they reach a coarse flour consistency.
03 - Mix oat flour, unsweetened applesauce, peanut butter, and egg in a bowl until a dough forms.
04 - Fold in chopped parsley and grated carrot if desired.
05 - Roll the dough to approximately 1/4 inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
06 - Use a paw-shaped cookie cutter to cut out the treats and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
07 - Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until firm and golden at the edges.
