# Steps:
01 - Set the air fryer to 375°F and allow it to preheat for 3 minutes.
02 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and broccoli, cooking for 3 to 4 minutes until broccoli is bright green and tender. Season with salt and black pepper. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
03 - Mix the sautéed broccoli with cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese in a bowl until well incorporated.
04 - Lay out the bread slices and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or softened butter on one side of each slice.
05 - Evenly divide the broccoli-cheddar filling onto two slices of bread, placing it on the unbuttered side. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side facing out.
06 - Place sandwiches in the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary. Cook at 375°F for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crisp.
