01 - 10 slices soft white sandwich bread, crusts removed

02 - 3.5 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
04 - 1 tbsp mayonnaise
05 - 1 tsp fresh chives, finely chopped
06 - 1 tsp fresh dill, finely chopped
07 - 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
08 - 1/4 tsp fine sea salt

→ Coating

09 - 3/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut

# Steps:

01 - Combine cream cheese, butter, mayonnaise, chives, dill, black pepper, and salt in a bowl. Mix until smooth and fully incorporated.
02 - Lay bread slices on a flat surface. Spread each slice generously with the cream cheese mixture. Stack another slice on top to form five sandwiches. Press gently to seal.
03 - Using a 1.5-inch round cookie cutter, cut four circles from each sandwich.
04 - Spread shredded coconut onto a small plate for coating.
05 - Lightly brush edges of each sandwich bite with water or cream cheese to help the coconut stick.
06 - Roll sides and tops of each bite in shredded coconut until fully coated, creating a snowball appearance.
07 - Arrange bites on a platter and refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
