# Steps:
01 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until thoroughly blended.
02 - In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until smooth, then whisk in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well incorporated.
03 - Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined; some small lumps are acceptable. Avoid overmixing.
04 - Carefully fold the rainbow sprinkles (jimmies) into the batter to distribute evenly.
05 - Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly coat with butter or oil.
06 - Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the hot surface. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and edges appear set, approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Flip and continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
