05 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter or vegan butter

08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

# Steps:
01 - Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Divide the water into separate heatproof bowls for each color desired.
02 - Add gel food coloring to each bowl, stirring thoroughly until you achieve vivid shades.
03 - Divide noodles into equal portions and cook each separately in the colored water for 2–3 minutes less than package instructions. Rinse with cold water to halt cooking and set aside.
04 - Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add cream cheese, stirring continuously until smooth.
05 - Whisk in milk, parmesan, cornstarch, salt, and white pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and creamy, approximately 5 minutes.
