# Steps:
01 - Toss lamb cubes with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl. Marinate at least 20 minutes.
02 - Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Sear lamb cubes on all sides until browned and cooked to desired doneness, about 7 to 10 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes.
