10 - 2 tsp Dijon mustard

# Steps:

01 - Prepare the pasta according to the package directions until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
02 - In a large bowl, mix the cooled pasta with chopped dill pickles, celery, red bell pepper, red onion, and cheddar cheese.
03 - Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice, Dijon mustard, dill, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
04 - Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss thoroughly to coat all ingredients evenly.
05 - Taste and modify salt and pepper as needed.
