# Steps:

01 - Arrange fresh rosemary sprigs on a large wooden board or platter to form the shape of a tree.
02 - Create the bottom layer by laying rows of crackers and bread slices along the rosemary outline.
03 - Alternately arrange cubed cheeses, halved grapes, cranberries, and apple slices in rows ascending the tree shape.
04 - Scatter green olives, almonds, and dried apricot halves between the layers to fill gaps and add variety.
05 - Position goat cheese balls and dark chocolate squares as festive accents throughout the tree.
06 - Set a small bowl of honey or fig jam near the base or side of the display for dipping.
07 - Enhance the presentation with extra rosemary sprigs and optionally top with a star-shaped cracker or cheese slice.
