23 - 1/2 cucumber, sliced into thin strips

# Steps:
01 - In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, cayenne, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Add beef slices and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 20 minutes or up to 2 hours for enhanced flavor.
02 - Combine Greek yogurt, tahini, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix well, adjust seasoning as needed, and refrigerate until serving.
03 - Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook beef in batches for 4 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and fully cooked. Remove from heat.
04 - Heat flatbreads briefly in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
05 - Spread a generous amount of yogurt sauce on each flatbread. Layer with cooked beef, red onion, tomato, cucumber, lettuce, and fresh herbs if desired.
